Couldn't resist a photo of this magnificent view - photo was taken yesterday from the Homestead.The bulbs are all flowering - Spring is in the air.
The windmill is in use. It pumps water to a tank on the hill and gravity feeds to the three houses. Of course rainwater provides the most delicious water for drinking and that wonderful cup of tea. Nothing like it.
Whenever it's a beautiful, still and sunny day in Melbourne we often say to each other, "it would be beautiful on the island today." glad you're getting some nice weather down there.
